The stop & think programme is aimed at a particular group of twelve to sixteen year old's who fall into a particular category which puts them at a much higher risk of becoming a follower, carrier, or a user if there is no intervention.

Our outreach team are accompanied by some of our young people who have successfully completed their programme and have managed to change their direction.
- Carrying, drugs, county lines, alcohol and the long term effect of early drug use
- What you could or would do for drugs or alcohol
- Wrong place at the wrong time in pursuit of drugs / alcohol
- Antisocial behaviour
How carrying a weapon for protection whatever the circumstances will never be accepted as a defence in a court of law.
This is one of the areas the founder is looking to bring on board at a later date working with the probation service and vocational course providers. This will consist of training low risk adult offenders seeking a new direction in a career working with young people. They would begin with a work placement then after four to six months can start training. Once they have completed the programme they will have the experience and skills to seek employment as a support worker.
