Starting a different journey

Our supported living program making it easier to succeed

This program leaves no stone unturned making that transitional period from care to independent or a new placement with a different support team we support young people living in a variety of accommodations.

This program has a special place with the founder who was placed in the care system at a early age. At sixteen he left the care of the local authority and for the first time nobody was telling him what to do what time to come in he didn't stand a chance because he was ill-equipped to take on the challenges of living independently coming from a hostel where he had three meals a day laundry facilities emotional support and financial guidance and without the necessary skills or support things can quickly spiral out of control which they did for Tony leading to numerous spells in young offenders centres.

And it seems things have not changed much we have been lobbying for change alongside other institutions for a mandate where there is training provided before young people have to leave care.

This program has been put together with some input from former care leaver's who are now living  independently after successfully completing our personal development program.
