Communication skills are important life management components that go way beyond simply speaking

We know young people can listen, but not all have the ability to absorb the information in one session. For that very reason, we go back over particular modules throughout  the course. We deliver our programmes with a modern twist and a very big hint of fun using role play as an effective work tool in our developing skills programmes.

knowing how to interact appropriately with people from various backgrounds and those in positions of authority and the opposite sex.

How to be assertive without being rude or offensive

-  Avoid conflict without losing face

-  Manage anger and frustration

-  Express feelings without giving the wrong message

These are all important tools for success in life.  To make change a reality we must think differently and outside the box about young people's development.

Drugs & Alcohol preventing the need to try drugs and reducing the desire to try something new :

-  Redefining awareness of long-term abuse

-  The issues surrounding the misuse use of drugs

We invest heavily in ensuring that our programmes are up to the task whilst redefining young people's approach to the challenges they'll face in today's urban society.

We promote the 'feel good factor' with the psychological benefits that come with change. We allocate a time slot each week for every young person on our programme to monitor their progress.
