What makes us different from other providers. It is the founder with the depth of knowledge, background, experience of being in the care system and his two specialist areas crisis management & personal development, and willing to share by way of knowledge transfer but the most important component he has is the ability to deliver a syllabus in a effective way, which can change lives and give service users a new clear perspective on their future plans and direction. It's not just about giving them the tools it's making sure they know how to use them correctly we do this through effective role-play.
The gateland is led by its founder who having honed his skills for over three decades really knows his craft and is incredibly good at what he does when it comes to a particular group of young people.
Whilst it is recognised that each local authority will provide the necessary care for it's service users, inevitably there will always be individual cases / areas of training & support that are uneconomical for the authority to deliver. Here at the gateland we can provide some of those services through our pathway programe.
