Preparing for independence our supportive living programme support young people living in a variety of accommodation within the community. we leaves no stone unturned. We make that transition period easier.
On release from prison the programmes are almost identical, the only difference being is if a curfew has been imposed. If they are in prison we start working with the young person four months before their release. Without the necessary skills or the correct support things can and will quickly spiral out of control.
