To become a regional project

Our goal is to become a leading regional organisation within four years providing quality care, training and support. Working closely with other agencies to improve and dramatically change the lives of women and young people. Keeping them safe from predators & domestic violence.

Our vision has unequivocally remained unchanged with a clear focus on delivering a quality service.

Historically the Gateland project has always worked with troubled young people. We do however have a number of interests in other areas that we feel we could contribute to by diversifying but still keeping our project ethos :  Integrity, Clarity,  Continuity  and Empathy

These are more building blocks of which our project has been built on.

We know exactly where we want to be and that's indeed where we are heading. We want to be a leading regional organisation, providing a range of services catering for both male and females. Not just the young but extending our services to in clude more vulnerable adults.

Supporting individuals and families to make the most of their new opportunities.

We aim to be more proactive on the streets with our outreach programmes, targeting young people and providing an effective CMP for women and young people. The TPDP programme will be a new module of our offender management programme. The TTGSSP programme will aim to keep more teenage girls safe and working with the mental health team.
